House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 40.00 per booking. A refundable security deposit of € 400.00 per booking is payable in cash on arrival. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
