House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Keys must be collected at Reserva FLH Hotels in Ericeira. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
