## About the house

Each bedroom has one double bed. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron, and the building has a lift. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and kettle.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight, with departure before 11:00. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A confirmation voucher contains reservation details and information about additional services.

Final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
