House rules
No smoking. No pets. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Arrivals between 20:00 and midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals between midnight and 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, paid in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is penalty-free until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
There are steps from the street to the building and additional steps inside to reach the apartment door. Cascais historic center is 1 km away, about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket are within 500 meters. Parking in the area is public and free.
