The apartment has a bright entrance hall with a desk connecting an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a TV and a double sofa bed, and the balcony has outdoor furniture for meals or relaxing. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed; Bedroom 2 has two single beds side by side. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Double glazing, electric shutters and air conditioning extend throughout the apartment, and Wi-Fi uses a fiber internet connection.

Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket are within 500 meters. The historic center of Cascais is 1 km away, approximately 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. There are steps between the street and building entrance and further steps inside before the apartment door.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

No smoking. No pets. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Arrivals between 20:00 and midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals between midnight and 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, paid in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is penalty-free until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
