House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team upon arrival to arrange access, and phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is penalty-free until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Baixa/Chiado metro station and bus, tram and taxi connections are a few steps from the apartment.
