## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests, with a double bed in Bedroom 1 and a bunk bed in Bedroom 2. It has a living room, one bathroom with a bathtub, and a rooftop terrace garden with views toward St. George’s Castle. The bathroom and living room have been refurbished.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. Facilities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. A baby travel bed is available on request, and transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.

Mouraria has narrow streets and Portuguese, Asian and Western restaurants. Maria Severa’s birthplace is 400 m away, St. George’s Castle is 600 m away, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte is 800 m away, Rossio is less than 1 km away, Dona Maria II National Theatre is an 11-minute walk away, and Commerce Square is 1.4 km away.

Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
