House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available daily from 16:00, including late arrivals through 07:00; check-out is before 11:00. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 75.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
