House rules
No smoking. No pets. A mandatory final-cleaning fee of €65 per booking applies. A refundable €200 security deposit per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on check-out day or the day before after inspection. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
Cascais historic centre is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Guincho Beach is a 5-minute drive away. Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
