## About the house

The apartment has a dining area and a leisure area with TV and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. An enclosed laundry area has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed; Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed. The shared bathroom beside the bedrooms has a bathtub and shower. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is close to Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and Quinta da Marinha, with nearby golf, an equestrian centre, a gym, tennis and padel facilities. Cascais historic centre has shops, restaurants, pastry shops and bars; the Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Cascais Naval Club are also nearby. The Estoril Congress Centre, Casino and Racetrack are within a 10 km radius.

A mandatory final-cleaning fee of €65 per booking applies. A refundable €200 cash security deposit is payable on arrival and returned on departure day or the preceding day after inspection. Late-arrival fees apply.

Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
