House rules
No smoking or pets. A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 65.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the total price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to 00:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from 00:00 to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late. Estoril Coast beaches, Cascais Marina and the Naval Club are a one-minute walk away; Guincho Beach is about 15 minutes away by car.
