## About the house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a modern building with a lift in a quiet neighborhood with green spaces. An entrance hall separates the living areas from the bedrooms.

The living room has a dining table for eight, sofas, poufs and satellite TV, and opens onto a balcony with an outdoor dining area. Heating and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment are available.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, toaster and kettle. A small adjoining sunroom provides a laundry area, and a washing machine is available.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. A double sofa bed is in the common area. There are two bathrooms. Bed linen, towels, internet access and garage parking are included. A hair dryer is provided.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. An optional transfer service is available at additional cost.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €75 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
