House rules
No smoking or pets. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on checkout day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. The train station for Lisbon, bus station for Sintra and Estoril Coast beaches are a five-minute walk away. This is a nightlife area, with bars and restaurants open late.
