## About the house

The 95 m² apartment has been refurbished and has double-glazed windows. The living room combines a leisure area with dining space for six, and a furnished balcony provides outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and hair dryer are available.

Two bedrooms have a double bed each, and the third has two single beds. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and TVs. One double bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom and a balcony at the rear of the building. There is also a hallway bathroom and a separate guest toilet in the social area.

The apartment is near the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Central shops, outdoor restaurants, bakeries, bars, Estoril Coast beaches, Cascais Marina and Club Naval are within the stated five-minute walking area. Guincho Beach and Quinta da Marinha are each a 10-minute drive away. Quinta da Marinha has golf, an equestrian centre and a gym with tennis and paddle facilities. The Estoril Congress Center, Casino and Autodrome are within a stated 5 km radius. Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is on the second floor. The beaches and train station to Lisbon are five minutes away. Guincho Beach is a 10-minute drive away; Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable €200 security deposit per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €75 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals outside office hours require advance arrangement of key collection with the agency and full payment in advance. Late check-in from 20:00 to midnight costs EUR 30; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 cost EUR 50, payable in cash at check-in. Cancellation is penalty-free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
