House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable €200 security deposit per booking is payable in cash on arrival and is returned on departure day or the day before following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €75 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor. The historic centre, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Cascais naval club are five minutes away on foot. Guincho Beach is ten minutes away by car. The train station to Lisbon is five minutes away. Lisbon is approximately 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
