# FLH Cascais Downtown Premium Apartment III Cascais, Portugal (general area) ## About the house The 117 m² apartment is in the historic heart of Cascais, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafés. Renovated interiors include double-glazed windows, air conditioning and a furnished terrace facing south and east. The three bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe and TV: one king-size bed and two queen-size beds. There are three bathrooms and a separate toilet, with a wardrobe and service bathroom off the entrance corridor. The living room has a TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, a dining table seating eight and access to the terrace. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided. Air conditioning, internet access, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at additional cost. The historic centre, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Cascais naval club are five minutes away on foot. Guincho Beach and Quinta da Marinha are each a ten-minute drive away. The apartment is close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, and Lisbon is approximately 40 minutes away by car or public transport. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in.
