House rules
No smoking or pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor. The historic center, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Club Naval of Cascais are five minutes away on foot. Guincho Beach is a 10-minute drive away.
