## About the house

The apartment has double-glazed windows, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe and TV. A double sofa bed is in the common spaces. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The living room has a TV, and the dining area seats six. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and hair dryer are available. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included.

Traditional shops, restaurants and cafés surround the apartment. The historic center, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Club Naval of Cascais are five minutes away on foot. The train station to Lisbon is five minutes away. Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is nearby. Guincho Beach and Quinta da Marinha golf course are each a 10-minute drive away. Quinta da Marinha also has an equestrian center and a gym with tennis and padel. The Estoril Congress Center, Casino and Autodrome are within a 5 km radius. Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

A transfer service is available at an additional cost, and a baby travel bed is available on request. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day.

No smoking or pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the day before, following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
