House rules
No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and is returned on departure day or the day before, following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. The historic centre, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Cascais naval club are a five-minute walk away. The train station for Lisbon is five minutes away. Guincho Beach is a ten-minute drive away; Lisbon is about 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
