## About the house

The renovated apartment has abundant natural light, double-glazed windows and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe and TV. One bedroom is a suite; the other has a bathroom beside its door. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the common area.

The living room has a TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and a dining table for six. The equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are also provided. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included.

Traditional shops, restaurants and cafés surround the apartment. The historic centre, Estoril Coast beaches, marina and Cascais naval club are a five-minute walk away. The train station for Lisbon is five minutes away. Guincho Beach and Quinta da Marinha golf course are each a ten-minute drive away. Quinta da Marinha also has an equestrian centre and a gym with tennis and padel. The apartment is near Sintra-Cascais Natural Park; the Estoril Congress Centre, casino and autodrome are within a 5 km radius. Lisbon is about 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.

No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and is returned on departure day or the day before, following a property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €65 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
