The refurbished apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It has a terrace with unobstructed views, a balcony and a sunroom with a view beside the bedroom. Local shops, services, restaurants, cafés and craft shops surround the property. Cascais beaches and the train station for Lisbon are a five-minute walk away.

The bright open-plan social area combines a kitchenette, dining area and lounge with a sofa and TV. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and an iron is provided.

The bedroom has a double bed, and the common living space has a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on the check-out day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
