House rules
No smoking or pets. Maximum occupancy is four guests, with two extra guests accommodated on portable single beds in the living room. A refundable €200.00 cash security deposit per booking is payable on arrival and returned on checkout day or the day before after inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to 00:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from 00:00 to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. Rainha Beach is 750 metres away; Cascais–Lisbon train station is 800 metres away. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are within 350 metres, and the shopping area is 700 metres away.
