The apartment occupies the second floor of a small building surrounded by a garden. Rainha Beach is 750 metres away, and Cascais–Lisbon train station is 800 metres away. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are within 350 metres; the shopping area with shops and restaurant terraces is 700 metres away.

An entrance hall leads to a spacious, bright living room with sofas, a TV and a dining table for four beside a large window. Two portable single beds can be assembled in the living room for two extra guests. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, an armchair and a small table. A desk and chair are next to the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower tray and two washbasins.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi cover the entire apartment. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

No smoking or pets. Maximum occupancy is four guests, with two extra guests accommodated on portable single beds in the living room. A refundable €200.00 cash security deposit per booking is payable on arrival and returned on checkout day or the day before after inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to 00:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from 00:00 to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
