Smoking and pets are not allowed. The advertised maximum occupancy is two guests; the additional single bed may be considered for a child. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
