House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit is payable in cash on arrival and is returned on departure day or the preceding day following inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the sixth floor, with a lift. Cascais historic centre is a 15–20-minute walk away. Guincho Beach is around 10 minutes away by car. Quinta da Marinha is around 10 minutes away by car, and Lisbon is around 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
