The refurbished apartment is on the sixth floor of a building with a lift, surrounded by shops and services. The living room has dining and leisure areas, a TV and free Wi-Fi. Sleeping arrangements comprise a large double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the common spaces. The bedroom also has a wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The historic centre of Cascais is a 15–20-minute walk away, with local shops, restaurants, pastry shops and bars. The apartment is close to Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Guincho Beach and Quinta da Marinha golf course are each around 10 minutes away by car. Quinta da Marinha also has an equestrian centre and a gym with tennis and paddle tennis. The Estoril Congress Centre, Estoril Casino and Estoril Autodrome are within a 5 km radius. Lisbon is around 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

Mandatory final cleaning costs €60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
