House rules
Maximum occupancy is two guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the preceding day after inspection. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before arrival and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The house is on a pedestrian street reserved for residents. The beaches and train station are a 130 m walk away, and shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are 80 m away. The bedroom is on the mezzanine. The terrace presents a safety risk for young children.
