The house stands on a quiet pedestrian street of old fishermen's houses, reserved for residents. The beaches and train station are a 130 m walk away; shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are 80 m away.

A fully equipped modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. An adjacent dining area has a table and chairs. The spacious, bright living room has a TV and Wi-Fi and opens onto a terrace with a dining table, chairs and two sun loungers. A balcony is also available.

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on departure day or the preceding day after inspection. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before arrival and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
