House rules
No smoking. No pets. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:30, Monday through Saturday; check-out is before 11:00. Collect keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Call about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is next to Avenida da Liberdade in downtown Lisbon. It is on the second floor with no elevator, and a spiral staircase connects its two levels. Narrow surrounding streets may not be suitable for all cars.
