House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a late check-in fee of EUR 30, paid in cash at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Downtown Funchal is a ten-minute walk away. Casa Branca is minutes from the Lido district and ocean pools.
