## About the house

Apartment 201 has a queen-size bed, ample closet space and French doors opening directly onto the terrace. The open-plan living area includes a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six. The wrap-around terrace has mountain and bay views and a large outdoor dining area. There is one bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. Garage parking in the same building is included, and the building has a lift. Laundry facilities are shared with the building; there is no individual washing machine in the apartment.

Casa Branca contains four apartments and combines modern design with Portuguese craft. It is minutes from the Lido district and ocean pools, and a ten-minute walk from downtown Funchal.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers are available at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price.

Remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a late check-in fee of EUR 30, paid in cash at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
