House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
The apartment has no ocean view. Downtown Funchal is a ten-minute walk away. The Lido district and ocean pools are minutes away.
