## About the house

Apartment 102 has a bedroom with one queen-size bed, ample closet space, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sofa and a small dining area. The large outdoor green terrace has a sitting area. This apartment does not have an ocean view.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A TV and hair dryer are provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and garage parking in the same building are included. The building has a lift and a shared laundry; there is no individual washing machine in the apartment.

Casa Branca contains four apartments and combines modern design with Portuguese craft. Downtown Funchal is a ten-minute walk away; the Lido district and ocean pools are minutes away.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers can be arranged for an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day.

Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
