Apartment 101 has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a full three-piece bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sofa, and a small dining area. Two Juliette balconies overlook Funchal Bay. Its design combines modern furnishings with Portuguese craft.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television and a hair dryer. A lift and garage are available in the building. Laundry facilities are shared with the building's other apartments; there is no individual washing machine in Apartment 101.

Casa Branca is a building of four apartments in the Casa Branca neighbourhood of Funchal. Downtown Funchal is a ten-minute walk away, and the Lido district and ocean pools are minutes away.

Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation from the booking date until 31 days before check-in has no penalty; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, and for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
