House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the property. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent. VAT is included in the accommodation price.
Getting there
Carcavelos Beach, Nova SBE and Carcavelos Train Station are a 10-minute walk away.
