House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Final cleaning costs €70.00 per booking. For stays of 30 days or longer, an additional €80 fee applies for irresponsible use of domestic services, including water, electricity and gas. Cancellation is penalty-free until 31 days before check-in; cancellations from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
