House rules
No smoking. No pets allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival; phone with your arrival time once you reach your destination. Final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in and for no-shows, the penalty is 100% of the total rent.
