House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning carries a mandatory charge of € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final total; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. The displayed cancellation policy allows cancellation without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
