House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete the arrival process. Call to advise your arrival time once you reach your destination. A confirmation voucher is sent by email with reservation details and additional services. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation is free from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in through arrival, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the rent.
