House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. VAT is included in the accommodation price. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty until 8 days before check-in, a charge of 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in, and a 100% charge for no-shows.
