House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival for access arrangements; phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory or included services list bed linen at € 25.00 per booking and final cleaning at € 30.00 per booking. Towels and internet access are included. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Transfers and lockers at the Porto Welcome Centre cost extra. Cancellation is penalty-free until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
