House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The advertised maximum of 15 guests uses the external house and additional sofa-bed sleeping arrangements. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 172.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is without penalty until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
