House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 74.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Cancellation is without penalty from booking until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
