House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Notify the team of your arrival time once you reach your destination and contact them upon arrival. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 15.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Chiado is 50 m away using the elevators in Armazéns do Chiado shopping centre. Rua do Carmo is a 200 m walk, and Pingo Doce supermarket is 400 m away. The building has a lift.
