The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. Downstairs, the living room includes a double sofa bed for two guests, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is one bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The building has a lift. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included.

A baby travel bed is available upon request. A transfer service is available at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. The apartment is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late.

Cancellation is without penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in or a no-show incurs 100% of the total rent.
