House rules
No smoking or pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:30, Monday to Saturday; check-out is before 11:00. Please phone the team about your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total rent.
