House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team on arrival and advise them of your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Under the displayed cancellation policy, cancellation is free until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the slopes of Bairro Alto, near Chiado and the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint. Príncipe Real is 7 minutes away; Baixa and Rossio are 5 minutes away; Praça do Comércio and the Tagus River are 15 minutes away. Baixa-Chiado metro station is 5 minutes away and the tram 28 station is 6 minutes away.
