House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival for entry arrangements; phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late. Castelo, Alfama, Baixa and Chiado are a short walk away. Terreiro do Paço and Chiado are each five minutes away.
