House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 30.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not charged when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; checkout is before 11:00. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty until 8 days before check-in, a charge of 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in, and a 100% charge for a no-show.
Getting there
The apartment is in a nightlife area, with bars and restaurants open until late. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
