House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in through arrival, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
